A Little About Me

I’m Steve with Physiques Unlimited. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer on the Treasure Coast in Florida, and I bring with me all the in-depth knowledge and extensive training ACSM provides. In addition, I’ve been working out over 40 years myself. As a result, I've learned a few things along the way. Whether you need a full package > consultation, assessment, individualized workout plans, One-on-One in person training, nutrition, accountability, lifestyle changes, and lots of motivation; OR you only want new workout plans for yourself - or anything in between; scroll through this page just a bit and I think you'll ask yourself "what am I waiting for"! Once we get started, all your workouts - completed and upcoming - will be entered in your own app I provide to you as part of my service. You will have full access to this. I can enter your “stats” throughout the workout, or you can do it yourself. You will be able to look back as far as you like to check your progress or look ahead to next week to see what we will be doing. Pretty cool stuff!

With ACSM Training and Certification on top of that, rest assured you're in good hands! I'm not only a Trainer, but a "whole body coach" as well. ACSM Credentials

ACSM is known as the Gold Standard in training certifications. As you can see, the exam has a 54% pass rate. It is the hardest certification to obtain for a reason...it is the best! Rather than going for one of the easier certifications, know that ACSM Trainers put the time & effort in...and have the most knowledge and best training...to get you where you want to be! Keep in mind the certification he/she holds is definitely important. All trainers are NOT created equal!

Although many people approach Personal Trainers ready and willing to make significant changes, quite often the challenges of actual behavior change prevents them from being successful long term. They eventually fall back into old habits. I will coach and empower you on how to adjust your lifestyle and behavioral patterns to better support living a healthy lifestyle, as well as implementing highly effective training techniques & workouts. I will listen to you and acknowledge your input fully. Each person is unique. I'm not going to "fix" you. It's my job to help you fix yourself! I'm the expert in physical fitness, you are the expert in yourself. It doesn't take a lot of money, expensive equipment, or even a gym membership. The Macros Tracking does require you to buy the Pro version of My Macros+ - the same app I use daily. This is $19.99 a year. I have a relationship with MM+ where my clients get 30% off, so you pay $13.99 for a year. Let's get it! Motivation Provided!!

Workout Plans

The right exercise program is where it all starts! Maybe you've already been working out a while and don't really want a Trainer. You're good by yourself, and you like it that way. But maybe you're currently in a slump, progress is slow - or has stopped - you're starting to lack motivation and even skipping workouts. Let me design a workout program for you and get you back on track! You will still get the workout app discussed above so I'll see your workout results every day. I'll provide comments in the app as much as needed. Motivation & Progress Restored!!

Online Training

Not local to the central/south Florida area, but you like what you see here? Or maybe you 're just not too crazy about in-person training just yet. Then Online Training is the way to go. Here you will also get the workout app discussed above so I'll see your workout progression every day. You will have your full workouts right in front of you...just enter your reps and weight for each set. Every exercise has 2 videos to choose - "Full Video" or "Short Loop". Full lasts 20-30 seconds verbally explaining and showing you how exactly to perform the exercise. Loop lasts 4-5 seconds and quickly only shows you the action of the exercise, for quick reference. I'll provide comments, encouragement, tips, input, and plenty of motivation.

Packages

So here's the part where we talk about...money! Never underestimate the investment you make in yourself! Catchy, am I right? Yeah...I stole that! OK, the Personal Training package requires, to get started NEW, the Assessment (first) and then 2 training sessions - $195. For future sessions, the following options are available: - Book by the single session at $65 per 1 hour session. - Book 5 sessions for $310 (5% off). - Book 10 sessions for $585 (10% off). - Book 20 sessions for $1,105 (15% off). The free consultation can be done in-person (if practical), by phone, online (Zoom, Skype, Teams), Facetime, or any other method you are comfortable with. We'll get the necessary forms filled out during this consultation. These forms are in the workout app we've discussed here . Once you contact me, I'll send you a link to the app (it won't have any workouts in it just yet). When you accept the invitation, you'll get an auto email containing, among other things, these forms. Please know there is still no obligation at this point, it's just needed for the free consultation. I can also bring these forms with me for in-person meetings. This generally runs 60 - 90 minutes, but we'll take as much time as we need. This is where we get to know each other, determine what you're after, and start coming up with some goals and a plan! Once that is done, it will be up to you to decide if you'd like to proceed and schedule the assessment so we can get things moving!
